I don't know why everyone is getting RILED about using a VPN !
Come on, sit back & think about it......
We have people here saying "YES"; I have had a letter off my ISP, stating that I am downloading copyrighted material, so what - you pay for internet access & you should have full access end of.
Now, looking at it, it's the MPPA or some other dictatorship ASKING your ISP to block such content that THEY find that's infringing others by downloading copyrighted material, well, that's their opinion, and they will not win, because everytime they decide to send out a formal letter, it costs the ISP to do so.
Now times that by several hundred thousand, or millions, who is losing out ? It seems that everyone is talking about it here, and making suggestions, not one of you MOANERS, who have stated that you have received such letter, ( as September 2014 ); posted a copy of such bullshit letter ?
Never be pushed into a corner, don't reply to them, don't admit anything to them EVER !
Now if you are NAUGHTY and downloading material that's extremely VILE, then you should be LOCKED UP !
There is NO legal backbench to state that if you ( for example - John Smith, from New Zealand ); downloaded "FROZEN" @ 1.2GB - for home use only..... they are NOT bothered about you as an individual.
These people want to shut down the cyber criminals, who perspire at the knock of the door, because they are distributing thousands of copies per day...........
So ask yourself, as an ET member, "DO YOU REALLY NEED A VPN" ?
It seems Extratorrent are trying to sell YOU something that YOU don't need ?
Funny really, it seems like the old PPI scam years ago ( Payment Protection Scheme) !
As an individual, like you reading this, please don't feel, just by reading everything rammed down your throat,YOU have to follow suit, because the TRUTH is - they are not bothered about YOU ( as an individual downloading copyrighted material); they want the BIG BOYS.
I understand that Extratorrent needs funding, but this is utter CRAP, using their own VPN, to manipulate YOU to think YOU are in the wrong. Afterall, remember when we ALL couldn't access ET ?
All of of found a different way of accessing it right, so that was illegal, making all of on the HOTLIST of accessing a site that was BLOCKED by YOUR ISP !
I can mention loads of free VPN's but why ? We don't need them. Keep your HARD EARNED CASH and do the same as ever.
Never will the POLICE break your door down, unless your a FILTH D/LOADER.
I have never heard of an ISP terminating anyone's account because of social downloading.
Don't put up with it - don't use a VPN, because you are just slowing down your connection speed, and spending money on a USELESS piece of CRAP, that YOU think protects YOU.
Have you ever considered that you ISP knows you are MASKING you TRUE identity - Google it.
Thanks - REnagade.

So is Trust.Zone......
My Arse it is .........
Great sale price. Just signed up for TZ. My PIA subscription is set to expire this month, so I was shopping for new service anyway. Sale price and 10 day money back guarantee convinced me to go for it. Looks like TZ VPN is giving me the full speed available through my ISP, with only 3-5 ms of latency added. Very impressed so far. It is outperforming PIA on connection speed and latency so far, by a lot.
Client looks pretty simple and easy to use. Server selection in the USA is a little odd. TZ website lists 9 US servers, but only provides 5 selections in the client. One of these is a generic selection also. Tried all the servers and ran speedtest. Speedtest displayed odd geographical server locations, almost unconnected to which server I selected. All seemed to perform well, and after cycling through the selections a bit, I found the server with the lowest latency for me. I think after verifying my account through sent email link, the auto-connect generic server paired me with the best selection. The client is very simple and mostly hands off, as stated. However, it looks like every device imaginable is supported, and all the info for power users is easily available.
The broken English on the TZ website leaves something to be desired. So far the service looks great though, and glad to help the community.
@renegade......some of us HAVE TO have something whether it be a VPN or proxy sites because If you live in the UK for example you cant access ET or any other pirate site!!

Sorry, tried it but it did not work for the discount. 1yr is $39.95/year X 2 = 79.90. It says 62% off But the price shown is 63.99. 79.90 *.62= 49.538 discount. I don't understand the math there. I guess I will stay on the yearly plan.
All discounts are in reference to the monthly price..
So the math is 6.99*.38 = $2.66 per month if you take the 2 year deal. Which totals to $63.99. You can get another 10% discount off of that if you pay with bitcoin which would total to $57.59.
Whilst i agree with some of your comments Renegade, i too am in the UK and cannot get to extratorrent as Virgin have blocked all the urls to here. I use zenmate as i could set up a vpn on my dedi box in France, but i have no need to do it.
I don't trust VPN's as they most likely keep logs and i don't care if they say they don't.
While in the middle of a 1 year subscription TZ updated and now is not working at all! Have contacted customer support and they have not been very helpful. They're saying its something on my side and have followed their advice on changes to make to my DNS servers and still nothing.
Anyone else with the same issues?
